Clipinlock

Adjustable length pull-up seals, with metal clip locking mechanism and tear-off tab. Overall lengths are 265mm and 387mm. The tails are of a thickness that is suitable for passing through small apertures. Numbering of the seals can be either, laser printed directly on to the tab of the seal, or laser printed on a plastic in-mould-label that is bonded to the seal at the time of manufacture. Bar coded seals on a laser printed on a plastic in-mould-label are available for quantities over 25,000.

FEATURES:   
The Clipinlock 1/210 and 2/300 are plastic tamper evident security seals of the adjustable pull-up type. They have a thin and resistant tail, of a diameter that passes through small apertures. Clipinlock 1/200 has an overall length of 265mm, a round tail with a diameter of 2.24mm, a tensile strength of 10 kgf . The 2/300 has an overall length of 387mm, a rectangular tail of 5mm x 2.2mm, with a tensile strength of 30 kgf. The seals have an internal metal clip locking mechanism that firmly grips the tail, ensuring a secure closure. The seals have a tear-off tab and can be removed by hand, so no cutting tools are necessary. The numbering can be either, laser printed directly on the seal or laser printed on plastic in-mould-label. If required, for quantities above 5,000, the numbered seals can be personalised with name or logo. A bar code can be laser printed on a plastic in-mould-label for a minimum quantity of 25,000. The Clipinlock 1/210 is supplied in mats of 12 and the Clipinlock 2/300 in mats of 10.
